They graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing Agricultural University and other famous universities, with rich teaching experience and top scientific research level. Three part-time master teachers from enterprises have won the second prize of Science and Technology Award of China Federation of Commerce and National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Award. Dr. Ji Jing, the leader of the food microbiology teaching team, is a postdoctoral fellow of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has participated in the national water Special project and the national key research and development program as the backbone of scientific research. She has published 2 SCI Region I papers, 2 SCI Region II papers and more than 10 papers in Chinese core journals as the first author.

Food microbiology teaching team advocates high standards and strict requirements, unity and cooperation, especially in team building, enterprises and schools, old, middle-aged and young teachers close cooperation, formed a transmission, help, lead mechanism, young teachers grow rapidly. At the same time, teaching contents and methods are reformed, teaching resources are developed, and teaching discussion and experience exchange are promoted. In recent years, he has written (participated in editing) textbooks such as Food Microbiology and Biochemistry. In cooperation with Shanghai Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology, he has developed and constructed two courses, Routine Microbial Detection and Pathogenic Microbial Detection, which have been rated as school-level quality courses. Published more than 30 academic papers; It undertakes more than 10 projects including National Natural Science Foundation and Shanghai Natural Science Foundation.
