To ensure the orderly progress of various work in the college, on the noon of April 12th, our college held an April work meeting in Room 304 of Building 6. Professor Wu Youzhi, Dean and Secretary of the Direct Party Branch, Dai Xiaobo, Vice Dean of Teaching, Ji Jing, Vice Dean of Scientific Research, Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Direct Party Branch, and all faculty and staff of the college attended the meeting in both online and offline formats.
At the beginning of the meeting, new teachers Syeda Anber Zahra, Li Jiao, and Xu Linlin each introduced themselves and warmly welcomed their joining. Subsequently, the college awarded honorary certificates to outstanding employees Zhong Xiao, He Yushan, Jiao Lingxia, Wang Yuan, Qin Xiaopei, and Ji Yuqi for the year 2023.
Dai Xiaobo has arranged the teaching work of the benchmarking college from the aspects of teacher skills competition, high-quality course construction, textbook construction, mid-term teaching inspection, and teaching and learning style construction. He also requires teachers to manage classroom discipline well based on student rules and teacher norms, and further improve teaching quality.
Ji Jing mobilized and arranged for the classification evaluation interview and supervision work of the Municipal Education Commission, and put forward requirements and suggestions to all teachers on laboratory safety, hygiene, behavioral norms of experimental operators, and maintenance of laboratory fixed assets and equipment. And explain to all teachers the allocation of government special funds for the construction of the connotation of the School of Food and Pharmacy in 2024.
Chen Fei gave a brief report on the application status and financial reimbursement work for the dual teacher program in the college, hoping that each teacher would take it seriously and solve any problems in a timely manner.
Chen Jianlan briefly elaborated on the current employment situation of the 2024 students in the college, and assigned key work points for the next stage of student further education, employment guidance, and mental health education.
Through this meeting, the teachers learned about the recent progress and key points of the college's work, laying a solid foundation for the promotion of teaching, scientific research, administration, and student work in the college.
