Module A: Theoretical part includes knowledge of food safety quality control, compliance management, laws and regulations, fundamentals of chemical analysis, physical and chemical testing, microbial testing, instrumental analysis, etc.
Module B: Food Microbiology Testing Skills Taking the quality control sample as the detection object, two assessment contents were designed: the practical operation of total number of colonies, the result report, and the bacterial staining and identification
Module C: Food Physicochemical Analysis Skills Liquid chromatography for the detection of melamine in dairy products
