On April 20th, the campus open day of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University was successfully held. Nearly one thousand students and their parents came in campus, embarking on a deep tour and exchange to experience campus culture and the unique educational characteristics of Zhongqiao. They had abetter understanding of the history, educational features and good atmosphere of the university.




President Huo Jiazhen warmly welcomed the visitors, and introduceZhongqiao University from various aspects such as the development history, international education, talent cultivation, and faculty strength. He emphasized that Zhongqiao University is committed to cultivating high-level vocational and technical talents with international vision by actively cultivating outstanding industrial talents who "virtuous in character, dedicated to work, and persevered in learning" and focusing on the development strategies of international vision, faculty enhancement, industry-education integration and modern governance. He mentioned that the university has established close cooperative relationships with many international institutions and strives to build a higher-level international talent cultivation platform.




Director of the International Cooperation Office and Vice Dean of the School of International Education, Wang Ling, introduced university's international exchange programs.From the projects overview to enrollment requirements, recruitment plans, and curriculum settings, she provided a more in-depth understanding of the international joint projects currently being carried out by the university to the students and parents.


In recent years, the university has maintained close communication and cooperation with universities in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Finland, Spain, Japan, South Korea, and other countries, continuously expanding overseas exchange and cooperation projects, enhancing the university's international education capabilities, and broadening the international perspectives of teachers and students.




The university actively implements the "Double Hundred Project", encouraging students to go abroad for short-term exchange learning and further study. Students who participated in short-term/long-term exchange programs also shared their experiences and gains at the sharing session.They showcased their study life and growth overseas from different perspectives such as course specialization, language communication, and daily life. Participating in international exchange programs is very beneficial for expanding personal horizons, developing interpersonal skills, and training personal career goals.



Dean Yan Hui of the School of International Education said that Zhongqiao University will always provide high-quality resources for students, help them participate in international exchange programs.. During the exchange process, students will truly experience different cultures, tell the story of Zhongqiao in international exchanges, and be good "spokespersons" for the youth of China.
