On January 15, 2024, the first session of the Winter Program Inauguration Ceremony has begun! 11 students and their teacher from Kyungnam University of South Korea embarked on an 18-day International and Traditional Journey to deeply experience the study and life in China. SHZQU has sent out more than 100 teachers and students for international academic exchanges and visits in 2023. SHZQU continuously deepened international exchanges and actively established cooperative relationships. We also engaged in various forms of educational exchange activities.
【Inauguration Ceremony】
Dean Yan Hui of the School of International Education at SHZQU delivered a welcome speech. Teachers and students from Kyungnam University as well as Director Wang Ling from the International Cooperation Office of SHZQU attended the ceremony.
Dean Yan Hui warmly welcomed the guests who came from afar and introduced the content of the winter camp activities. They experienced the distinctive features of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University's education and professional curriculum through themed lectures, seminars, practical operations, and summary displays. Participated in special cultural activities to learn about the history and culture of Jinshan. Expecting students to share their opinions, cultivate teamwork and a sense of social responsibility during the winter camp. She hopes that through this winter camp, we can continuously deepen the exchange and cooperation between the two universities and play an active role in promoting cultural exchange between China and South Korea.

Before the plane landed, I still felt unfamiliar and nervous about it. But when I saw the welcome ceremony prepared for us by Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, I began to look forward to this learning journey very much. In my three weeks in China, my goal is to create fun memories with everyone!

This international winter camp also invited Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University volunteers to participate.
