In order to deepen the study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and accurately grasp the core essence of the 15th Five Year Plan proposal, on October 31, 2025, the Party branch directly under the School of Food and Pharmacy organized a special Party course, with Party branch secretary Wu Youzhi presiding over the teaching.
Secretary Wu Youzhi led everyone to study the Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, and systematically interpreted it from the historical background, core goals, and practical requirements of the planning formulation. He pointed out that this conference is a very important conference held in the critical period of promoting the construction of a powerful country and national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization. The Proposal has defined the direction and path for pushing forward the grand cause of Chinese path to modernization in the next five years.
He emphasized that all party members should be guided by the spirit of the plenary session, based on their disciplinary and professional advantages, take the initiative to take on responsibilities in areas such as food and drug safety assurance and high-quality industrial development, and transform their learning achievements into practical results to promote the progress of the college's cause.
Through in-depth study, party members have comprehensively and accurately grasped the spirit of the plenary session, further clarifying the direction, goals, and strategic deployment of the development of the Party and the country in the new era. Next, party members of the branch will effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, and devote themselves to education, teaching, and scientific research with a more pragmatic style, contributing party member strength to ensuring food and drug safety for the people and supporting the construction of a healthy China.
