On the morning of September 3rd, a grand ceremony was held at Tiananmen Square in Beijing to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War. General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Xi Jinping, delivered an important speech and reviewed the troops being reviewed. The Party branch directly under the School of Food and Pharmacy organized all teachers, students, and Party members to watch the live broadcast of the conference, jointly remembering history, commemorating martyrs, cherishing peace, and creating the future.
After watching, the party members of the branch talked about their feelings and experiences of watching the conference based on their own reality. Everyone agrees that this concentrated viewing activity is not only a profound historical education, but also a vivid patriotic education.
