Special Lecture on Food Specialty "Fast Retailing Development and Innovative Marketing: Practical Sales Cases of Bright Dairy Industry in 2025"

The seventh session of the Famous Teachers and Craftsmen Leading the Way, Craftsmanship Cultivating Food Talents Food Professional Demonstration Course and Special Lecture Series of the School of Food and Pharmacy will be held on November 25, 2025 at 19:00 in Room 204, Building 10. This event is hosted by Mr. Liu Peiyi, the Technology R&D and Overseas Business Management Manager of Bright Dairy.

Teacher Liu Peiyi takes the sales case of Bright Dairy in 2025 as the starting point to deeply analyze the core logic of food enterprises responding accurately to consumers' diverse segmented needs and achieving market growth through three major paths: product innovation iteration, channel refinement operation, and cross-border collaborative cooperation. He focuses on the principle of precise positioning first for fast-moving consumer goods, explaining in detail how Guangming binds technology preservation and national brand temperature to form differentiated labels and launch segmented products; How to strengthen advantages through technological upgrades; How to extend value through cross-border linkage, penetrate target circles, and ultimately solidify brand advantages. In response to the career development confusion of students, Teacher Liu combined case analysis to answer questions, helping students clarify the industry's business logic, core competitiveness composition, and future trends, providing reference for career planning and practical ability improvement.

This lecture combines theoretical depth with practical guidance value, helping students accurately grasp the innovation path and core competitiveness of the food fast-moving consumer goods industry, building a bridge between theory and practice, and injecting fresh industry momentum into the college's practice of the talent cultivation concept of cultivating food talents with ingenuity.

The Famous Teachers and Craftsmen Guide the Way, Craftsmanship cultivates Food Talents - a series of demonstration courses and special lectures in the food major, is a joint educational platform created by the college, the Shanghai Private University Development Foundation's Craftsman Plan project, the Chief Technician Studio in Jinshan District, Shanghai, and the Shanghai Lan Yan Zhi Zi Career Counselor Studio. This activity focuses on the construction of the food profession, inviting experts and teachers from various fields to give lectures, helping students solidify their professional foundation, and cultivate applied and artisan talents.
