The fourth phase of the Famous Teachers and Craftsmen Leading the Way, Craftsmanship Cultivating Food Talents demonstration course for food majors at the School of Food and Pharmacy will be held on November 3, 2025 at 13:00 in Room 110, Building 6. The fourth session of the activity was led by Mr. Liu Fuhuan, a national technical expert, a craftsman in Shanghai, a model worker in Shanghai, and a chief technician in Shanghai. Teacher Liu led his classmates to explore the underwater world through sugar art, demonstrating superb skills and understanding the style of famous craftsmen.

Teacher Liu Fuhuan uses jellyfish as the theme, showcasing the fluidity of sugar through precise temperature control, drawing, and blowing techniques, shaping semi transparent umbrellas and flowing tentacles, presenting a dynamic beauty. During the on-site teaching, students learned about the glass transition of syrup and understood the technique of shaping through temperature in sugar art. At the same time, Teacher Liu encourages students to actively participate in the skills competition, explore their professional interests and find their career direction in the preparation competition.
