The School of Food and Pharmacy held a new semester work deployment meeting on September 10, 2025 in Conference Room 304 of Building 6. The party and government leadership team of the school gathered together with all the faculty and staff. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Ji Jing.
Vice Dean Ji Jing elaborated on the key points of revising the performance management system, organizational structure, and job responsibilities, emphasizing the standardization of laboratory comprehensive management and actively building a new management pattern of system execution supervision.
Vice Dean Wang Yuan has promoted the transformation and upgrading of teaching paradigms from experiential to research-oriented by establishing a normalized teaching and research mechanism and improving the closed-loop management system for undergraduate thesis quality.
Vice Secretary Chen Jianlan, based on the mission of education in the new era, has put forward new requirements for educating people: paying attention to students' growth throughout the entire process, optimizing communication mechanisms in all aspects, and strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and style in all dimensions.
Assistant Dean He Yushan reported on the progress of key projects, including laboratory construction, construction of student competition and cultivation system, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the college.
Dean Professor Wu Youzhi gave a concluding speech, inspiring teachers to love their work and live a happy life with vivid cases, and proposed a new blueprint for the strategic development of the college: accelerating the application for master's degree programs, cultivating high-quality courses, etc.
At the end of the meeting, a new teacher onboarding ceremony was held. All faculty and staff will take this meeting as a starting point to jointly write a new chapter in the development of the college's career.
This meeting is not only a summary and improvement of past work, but also a strategic layout for the future, pointing out the direction and path for the development of the school in the new academic year.
