To further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, timely summarize experiences and practices, promote innovative development of student work, and enhance the level of student work. On May 15, 2025 at 17:30, the School of Food and Pharmacy held a student work report and exchange meeting for April in Conference Room 6-304. Special invitation has been extended to Professor Yang Fenfei, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Department of the school, to attend the meeting. The meeting chaired by Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch directly under the college, and all counselors from the School of Food and Pharmacy attended.
At the meeting, each counselor will summarize and report on the basic situation, academic atmosphere construction, heart to heart talks, daily management, and other aspects of their class.
After the report, Professor Yang Fenfei first recognized the completion rate, work attitude, and work atmosphere of the School of Food and Pharmacy, and put forward new suggestions and requirements for the work of the School of Food and Pharmacy:
1. Find patterns in work, condense work methods, and classify solutions to student problems;
2. Timely utilize AI intelligent tools to empower student work, conduct big data analysis based on student situations, and improve work efficiency;
3. Explore one's own strengths in work and condense them into a counselor work method.
Teacher Yang Fenfei and Teacher Chen Jianlan also exchanged ideas with various counselors based on their own experiences. How to promote the development of students' personalities and the empowerment of schools in the same direction, and how to effectively enhance the attractiveness, infectivity, and effectiveness of education in the context of the three pronged education strategy, are the thoughts and prospects of every counselor in their work. We should be good at adapting to changes in students' ideological consciousness, behavioral patterns, cultural needs, etc., and adapt to the times and trends. Innovate work methods, be close to students' actual situations, and explore the highlights of counselor work.
Our school's student work team will, under the leadership of the school, bear in mind the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, implement precise policies and make comprehensive efforts based on the actual work, implement various tasks well, continuously promote the high-quality development of student work with high standards, form work characteristics, carry out practical results and innovative highlights, and write a magnificent new chapter for the new generation of the times.
