In order to fully implement the requirements of our school on student work, solidly manage student education, and improve the effectiveness of education, our college held a student work meeting on March 27th at 19:00 in Room 304 of Building 6. The meeting was chaired by Professor Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch directly under the School of Food and Pharmacy, and attended by all full-time and part-time counselors.
Firstly, each counselor introduced the student work situation of this month, reporting on the construction of class academic atmosphere, student emergencies, spring heart to heart talks, theme class meetings, dormitory management, etc.
After the report, Professor Chen Jianlan summarized the work of the college in March and put forward the following work requirements.
1. In response to the psychological fluctuations of students in spring, counselors should check in a timely manner and try to carry out indoor and outdoor activities such as quality expansion, youth league branch activities, team building, etc., to enhance class unity and relax students' mood.
During the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation cycle of our university, as a counselor, it is important to timely understand student dynamics, focus on class academic atmosphere construction, enhance students' comprehensive quality, communicate with relevant teachers in a timely manner, pay attention to and solve problems encountered in the teaching process, and work together with all students to contribute to the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation of our university.
3. Hold safety themed class meetings on time, including fraud prevention and fire prevention. During the transition between spring and summer, students should also be reminded to take self-protection measures, be cautious of getting sick, and seek medical attention in a timely manner.
4. For the graduating class, counselors should continue to deepen their understanding of students' needs, provide practical and detailed employment services and guidance, enhance their employment and education abilities, and promote high-quality employment for graduates.
During the work process, counselors should pay attention to their own development and planning, strengthen ideological refinement and practical exercise, combine personal characteristics with specialized work, and condense work results.

To further promote the smooth progress of our university's undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation, our student engineering team will also improve their work level and contribute to the development of the school and college.
