On March 12th, the School of Food and Pharmacy held the second student work team meeting of this semester on 6-304. Chen Jianlan, the deputy secretary of the directly affiliated party branch of the School of Food and Drug Technology, presided over the meeting, further conveying the school's instructions and providing guidance on the future direction of student work.
The meeting consists of three parts:
1、 Regarding the construction of party member organizations, it is necessary to strictly regulate the development of party members, establish a sense of rules and discipline, use teacher party members to drive student party members, create a clean and positive student work culture, and actively guide students to promote positive energy;
2、 Strengthen the construction of the team of counselors and student cadres, enhance the awareness of prioritizing innovation, and in accordance with the school's instructions, strengthen the theoretical learning, work practice, and ability improvement of the counselor team, to assist the comprehensive development of counselors in various forms and promote the common growth of teachers and students.
3、 In the spring semester, we still need to focus on adhering to problem orientation and safety first, and do a good job in student academic guidance, psychological counseling, economic assistance, employment guidance, etc. We need to strengthen communication skills, innovate work ideas, and provide more intimate and personalized support and guidance in student ideological guidance.
This meeting has pointed out the direction and clarified the tasks for the counselor's work this semester. Our college's student work team will also write a new chapter in student work with more enthusiasm, more pragmatic style, and higher level of work, contributing to the high-quality development of the college.
