On March 5th at 14:00, the Shanghai Education System held a grand ceremony to commemorate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8th and recognize outstanding achievements at the Shanghai Education Hall. Teacher Chen Jianlan was awarded the title of Red Flag Bearer of the Shanghai Education System for the year 2023-2024. This honor is not only a recognition of Ms. Chen Jianlan's personal work, but also a high recognition of her hard work in the education field over the years.
Since engaging in educational work in 2017, Teacher Chen Jianlan has always adhered to the educational philosophy of student-centered and is committed to cultivating students' comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities.
As a female educator, Teacher Chen Jianlan not only excels in her professional field, but also actively participates in social welfare undertakings, caring for students' mental health and growth and development. She has organized and participated in various public welfare activities multiple times, demonstrating the social responsibility and mission of educators through practical actions. She has guided students to win more than 20 innovation and entrepreneurship competitions multiple times, and established the Lan Yan Zhi Zi counselor studio for innovation, entrepreneurship, and career development.
Winning the title of March 8th Red Flag Bearer this time, Teacher Chen Jianlan said that it is not only an encouragement for her personally, but also an inspiration for all female educators.
