On the afternoon of February 28, 2025, the School of Food and Pharmacy held a general meeting of all faculty and staff for the new semester. The conference comprehensively deployed the key tasks for 2025 and simultaneously carried out special education on teacher ethics and conduct. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Ji Jing of the college, with Dean Wu Youzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch Chen Jianlan, and all faculty and staff attending.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice Dean Ji Jing deployed key tasks for this year from multiple perspectives such as discipline construction, scientific research innovation, and teacher development, and put forward relevant requirements for the work of the college in 2025. She hoped that all teachers would integrate their personal growth into the overall development of the college, drive development with innovation, and move forward with practical actions.
Vice Dean of Teaching, Wang Yuan, has deployed the teaching work for this year and put forward specific requirements in teaching management, curriculum construction, and practical teaching. At the same time, he has mobilized registration for the third Zhongqiao Cup Teaching Ability Competition and made detailed arrangements for teaching standards, classroom management, quality monitoring, and other aspects in the new semester.
Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch, led all teachers to deeply study the Ten Guidelines for Professional Behavior of College Teachers in the New Era. She emphasized that teachers should strengthen their professional ethics construction and consolidate the foundation of education. At the same time, she put forward specific requirements for the development of student employment work this year and clarified the work ideas.
At the end of the meeting, Dean Wu Youzhi made a concluding speech, calling on all teachers to deepen and strengthen their quality awareness, enhance the construction of teacher ethics and style, and comprehensively improve the level of education and teaching.
