He graduated from Nanping Normal College in Nanping City, Fujian Province in July 1982 and completed my undergraduate studies at Fujian Normal University in July 2006.
From 1982 to February 2022, he taught at Zhongxin Middle School, Guanlu Middle School, Fengxi Middle School, Shanxia Middle School, and Fuling Middle School in Pucheng County. He held various positions including class teacher, teaching and research group leader, union member, secretary of the Youth League General Branch, deputy director, director, union chairman, principal, party branch secretary, and consultant;
He joined the CPC on July 1, 1992 and became a full member of the Communist Party of China on July 1, 1993;
In January 2002, he was appointed as a senior high school teacher, and in March 2002, he was hired as a senior high school teacher;
On March 1, 2022, retired.
He joined Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University in September 2022 and have been serving as a counselor at the School of Food and Drug Science ever since.
