In order to solidly promote the steady development of the college and coordinate the next stage of work, on the noon of May 31st, our college held a May work meeting in Room 304 of Building 6. Professor Wu Youzhi, Dean and Direct Party Branch Secretary, Vice Dean of Teaching Dai Xiaobo, Vice Dean of Scientific Research Ji Jing, and all faculty and staff members attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Dean Wu first conveyed to all teachers the spirit of the relevant system documents recently released by the school's personnel department, and made key deployments and specific requirements for the selection of full-time teacher types, master's program construction, scientific research achievement transformation, teaching material rectification, professional title evaluation, classification evaluation, curriculum construction, student employment, and other work. He hoped that each teacher could perform their own duties and do each job well.
Teaching Secretary Chong Xiao reported on the number of graduates who have graduated from the college this year, and made arrangements for the final exam related work, teaching material archiving, graduation material submission, and two weeks of practical training, emphasizing the importance of standardized organization and archiving of materials.
Ji Jing gave a brief explanation and arrangement for recent research applications, teacher competition preparation, and promotional video shooting, and pointed out that teachers can only achieve twice the result with half the effort by strengthening communication in their work.
Wei Ning, General Manager of Shanghai Huining Information Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to the college to provide a special training for teachers. She conducted training from three aspects: company introduction, service content, and teaching improvement. Through introducing the course construction process, teaching PPT production, and teaching report writing cases, she provided new ideas for teachers to build courses and improve teaching quality.
Dean Wu pointed out that as the teaching staff of our college continues to grow, this training aims to provide a platform for teachers to communicate and learn from each other, and also to provide assistance in promoting the work of the college.
The current work meeting of the college has pointed out the direction and goals of the college's recent work, and also provided strong support and guidance for teachers to carry out teaching work, scientific research work, and apply for competitions.
