At the time of seasonal changes, the safety issues of school dining for teachers and students have received much attention. To strengthen campus food safety, promote the market supervision into campus party building brand, and enhance party branch cooperation. On May 11th at 10:00, the Food Safety Office of Zhangyan Town, the Market Supervision Institute of Zhangyan Town, various cafeteria managers, post service offices, the Safety Volunteer Detachment of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, and the Food Safety Volunteer Service Team of the School of Food and Pharmacy jointly carried out a food safety inspection in the cafeteria. During the process, our volunteers actively participated, combined with their professional knowledge, and cooperated with the Safe Volunteer Detachment of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University to enhance their campus food safety management capabilities.

The law enforcement team conducted a detailed review of our school cafeteria and conducted a comprehensive inspection based on 16 inspection items, paying special attention to the hygiene of the food preparation area, compliance of processing and storage facilities, business license, employee health certificate, food sample retention procedures, and raw material records, among other key aspects. In addition, on-site rapid testing was conducted on samples of vegetables and tableware in the cafeteria. The test results show that the food safety management in our school cafeteria has met the standards, and law enforcement personnel have given a positive evaluation.

After the inspection, law enforcement personnel will receive on-site training to explain key aspects of food safety knowledge, storage conditions, and emergency response. Emphasize the importance of food safety work and ensure that relevant personnel enhance their awareness and sense of responsibility for food safety.

Through this cafeteria food safety inspection, not only has the sense of responsibility for food safety been strengthened among students, but also the food safety awareness of cafeteria employees has been improved, and potential problems have been solved in a timely manner.

Our university will also continue to maintain strict regulatory standards to ensure food safety in the school cafeteria and maintain a stable campus food safety environment. At the same time, we introduce a feedback mechanism and welcome teachers and students to provide feedback and suggestions on the cafeteria dishes. In the future, targeted inspections will be conducted based on the opinions raised to improve and enhance the quality of cafeteria services and food safety levels.
