Basic information:

Male, professor, member of the Communist Party of China, master's supervisor. Formerly served as the Director of the Department of Food Science and Engineering and the Director of the Teaching and Research Office of Food Science and Engineering. Currently serves as the Director of the Food Research Institute, Director of the Guangdong Food Society, Vice President of the Maoming Food Safety Society, Leader of the Maoming Food Production Industry Association Expert Group, Leader of the Maoming Food Safety Committee Expert Group, Guangdong Rural Science and Technology Commissioner, Guangdong Province Professional Title Paper Review Expert, Guangdong Province Science and Technology Project Review Expert, and Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Project Review Expert.


Work experience:

Graduated from the Department of Agronomy at Anhui Agricultural Technology Normal University in 1982, September 1986, and July 1986, with a bachelor's degree. In the same year, stayed on campus and engaged in teaching and research in the field of agriculture.

From 1990 to 1996, he taught at the Food Processing Department of Anhui Agricultural Technology Normal University and served as the director of the Agricultural Product Processing Teaching and Research Office. Vice Dean of Teaching.

In 2008, he served as the Director of the Department of Biology and Food and the Director of the Teaching and Research Office of Food Science and Engineering at Maoming University.


Learning experience:

I studied as a teaching assistant in the Department of Food Science and Engineering at Wuxi University of Light Industry from September 1989 to July 1990, and obtained an equivalent educational certificate. Received a master's degree from Anhui Agricultural University in June 2006.


Education and teaching:

I have been engaged in teaching food for 30 years. I have led the construction of the food major at Anhui University of Science and Technology, and participated in the establishment of the food quality and safety major and the cooking and nutrition major. I am the person in charge of the construction of the food science and engineering characteristic major as a key discipline of the university. The course Food Technology I teach is a school level boutique course, a provincial-level boutique course, and a provincial-level demonstration major key construction course. Hosted and participated in the construction of the Food Science and Engineering major at Guangdong Cheng Petrochemical University, aiming to develop the food major into a school level characteristic major, a provincial-level characteristic major, and a provincial-level key discipline; Provincial level online open course on food nutrition; First prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Award, Second prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Award (ranked third), First prize of Excellent Teaching Achievement Award (ranked second); Edited 2 books and participated in editing 4 national unified textbooks. Hosted 10 school level teaching and research projects; Published 10 teaching and research papers;


Research situation:

I have led and participated in over 20 scientific research projects at all levels, including 2 provincial-level projects; Published over 130 papers, including 80 in core journals, 2 in SCI, 5 in EI, applied for 15 patents, and granted 5 authorizations. I am a paper reviewer for multiple domestic and international journals, including European Food Research and Technology, Journal of Agricultural Engineering, Chinese Journal of Cereals and Oils, Grain and Feed Industry, Packaging and Food Machinery, Beverage Industry, and Journal of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology. In 2007, he won the Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker of Anhui University of Science and Technology, and the third prize of exemplary individual in Scientific Research of Guangdong Institute of Petrochemical Technology in 2007-2010. In terms of guiding student innovation and entrepreneurship work, we have won one national second prize, two third prizes, one provincial second prize, two third prizes, and multiple municipal and school level awards.
