Visit and Research -- Lianzhong Edible Fungus Professional Cooperative, Shanghai Rongmei Agricultural Technology Co., LTD

On the afternoon of November 24th, College of Food and Drug visited Lianzhong Edible Fungus Professional Cooperative and Rongmei Edible Fungus Co., LTD., located in Langxia Town, Jinshan District.

The visit was led by Wang Qinghua, director of Jinshan District Agricultural Science and Technology Education Information Center, Wu Youzhi, Dean of Food and Drug College, Chen Jianlan, deputy secretary of the Party Branch, Sun Linjun, full-time teacher, and all the students of Grade 22 Food Quality and Safety Promotion program participated in the visit.



First of all, we came to Lianzhong Edible Fungus Professional Cooperative. The person in charge of the cooperative introduced the entrepreneurial history, corporate culture, sales channels and innovative scientific research achievements of Lianzhong Edible fungus Professional Cooperative to the teachers and students of the college in the exhibition hall. Lianzhong Edible fungus Professional cooperative has created the factory production mode of bisporus in Shanghai suburb, transformed agriculture with science and technology, greatly improved the yield of bisporus per mu, and also led a large number of traditional mushroom farmers around to embark on the transformation and upgrading of the road to common prosperity. In addition, the culture substrate of agarus bisporus can be used as fertilizer with higher fertilizer efficiency in other fruits and vegetables, so that agarus bisporus industry can achieve the effect of recycling agriculture, turning waste into treasure. The person in charge of the cooperative said that engaging in agriculture needs feelings and enthusiasm, whether in production, scientific research or management, the cooperative needs to inject fresh blood, welcome students to join, together into the bisporus industry.



After that, we continued to visit Rongmei Edible Fungus Co., LTD. Rongmei Edible Fungi Co., Ltd. mainly produces edible fungi such as sea mushroom, Pleurotus eryngii and Antler mushroom. The person in charge introduced to the teachers and students the complete cultivation process of edible fungi and the fully automated mechanical facilities in the cultivation process of edible fungi. Finally, the person in charge said that the enterprise is in the entrepreneurial stage, and needs talents from mechanical operation, scientific research and innovation, production management and other aspects to join in. We look forward to the students who are interested in edible fungi to come to practice and communicate.

Through field visits to enterprises, students have a new understanding of edible fungi, and know that the food industry is booming. As a member of the Food and Drug College, we should devote ourselves to the current of the food industry with feelings and love, and make our own contribution to the construction of the national food industry.
