On the morning of May 29, 2018, as the training content of Food Factory Cognition course, more than 70 students from Grade 17 Quality and safety majors, Grade 17 Food Processing Technology (Safety and Testing) majors and Grade 17 Nutrition and testing majors visited Shanghai Heyu Trading Co., LTD., Jinshan Industrial Zone under the guidance of professional teachers and counselors. To strengthen the professional knowledge learned in class through perceptual understanding, so as to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent course learning and employment.

Although the weather was rainy and rainy, it could not stop the students from visiting and learning. Under the leadership of relevant departments of the company, they visited the production workshop, quality inspection department, storage area, administrative area and living area one by one, and had a deeper understanding of the rational zoning and function of food factory. Then, in the lecture hall, the person in charge of the relevant department gave a detailed explanation on the corporate culture, personnel structure and job process, so that the students had a clearer understanding of the future job, and also realized the gap between their knowledge and ability and the job requirements, so as to stimulate more enthusiasm for learning. Finally, I experienced the staff meal in the canteen of the company.
