On the morning of May 30, 2018, the in-class practical training of Food Enterprise Management was held in Yihai Kerry Group. The students of Grade 16 Food Processing Technology (Baking and Beverage Processing) set out from Jinshan to Shanghai Kerry Food Co., LTD., located in Pudong New Area under the leadership of their teacher, Ms. Wei Mengyue. To strengthen the theoretical content of class by visiting enterprises and workshops, and to understand the actual production management of enterprises by combining the theoretical knowledge learned.

Although it was a long way from school to the company and they started early in the morning, the students were enthusiastic about visiting the company. Under the guidance of the company staff, we first got to know the business brands of Yihaijiali in China, including small package cooking oil, medium package catering oil, rice, flour, soy milk, chocolate series, etc. We saw a wide variety of products with different colors, different packages and different types, which stimulated the students' desire for knowledge. Afterwards, the staff led everyone to visit the production line of edible oil, from the early processing of products, production, packaging, to see the workshop automation equipment so advanced, the students were amazed. Finally, the staff of the company led everyone into the experience hall, where they told the students about the business philosophy and corporate culture. Through this visit, the students have a further understanding of their major. At the same time, combined with the curriculum theory, field examination, deepen the curriculum knowledge, but also expand the scope of knowledge.
