On June 26, 2018, the information session of school-enterprise cooperation of Food College was held in the 306 conference room of Building 6. School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to implement college education to serve regional economy, promote the reform of school-running mode and talent training mode of our school, and enhance our ability to serve local economic construction. School-enterprise cooperation is the embodiment of the combination of education and economy. It is the cooperation that actively ADAPTS to and serves enterprises according to the needs of enterprises. It reflects the law that education must adapt to and serve economic development. Cooperation in running schools and order training are beneficial explorations of running schools in our school. We will also run schools according to the actual needs of enterprises for talents. School leaders attach great importance to school-enterprise cooperation. Professor Chen Xiaobin, president of School of Food Science, attended and delivered a speech. Wu Youzhi, executive Vice president of School of Food Science and Technology, followed up the whole course of the lecture. In the morning, we had a direct understanding of each enterprise through the enterprise's promotion. In the afternoon, two meetings were prepared to provide the opportunity for face-to-face communication between the enterprise and teachers and students to promote a deeper understanding between the university and the enterprise. For the next 16 graduates of the internship, graduation internship and more in-depth cooperation between the university and enterprise paved a road.
Through this information conference, the two sides of the school and the enterprise understand each other and discuss how to better adapt to the new situation and new tasks. In the future school-enterprise cooperation, we strive to achieve four co-construction. First, jointly build training bases. Establish a number of practical teaching bases integrating theoretical teaching and practical teaching, vocational skills training and vocational qualification certification. The second is to build a teaching staff. Schools and enterprises exchange technical experts and teachers to participate in teaching and practice, and build a double-qualified teaching team. Third, joint cultivation process. The school and enterprise jointly determine training objectives, develop training plans, set up teaching content and implement skill training. The fourth is to build teaching classroom. On the one hand, the school hired enterprise technical experts as part-time teachers; At the same time adhere to the industrial development and talent training policy, and strive to achieve a win-win situation. One is to integrate resources. Both the university and the enterprise treat each other honestly and sincerely, and take out high-quality resources to participate in the cooperation, so as to realize the optimization of resource allocation and the maximization of cooperation benefits. Second, innovate the form. For example, promote the integration of schools and enterprises, explore project leadership, and promote the positive interaction and common development of schools and enterprises.
