From December 4 to December 6, 2019, at the invitation of Yonghui Supermarket Co., LTD., Professor Chen Xiaobin, President of Yonghui Supermarket, Dr. Wu Youzhi, Dean of College of Food Science and Technology, and teachers from College of Food Science and Technology, paid a visit to Chongqing headquarters of Yonghui Supermarket to explore the school-enterprise cooperation model. Li Guo, president of Yonghui Supermarket, Yang Li, vice president of Yonghui Supermarket and leaders of the personnel department communicated with the team of our school, focusing on the long-term development model of school-enterprise cooperation, the possibility of cooperation in modern apprenticeship such as fresh e-commerce class and fresh food control class, as well as the construction plan of school-China enterprise and enterprise-middle school. And explored a variety of innovative models for the cultivation of food professionals.
After the meeting, our school delegation visited the sample store of the former Yonghui Supermarket headquarters and Yonghui Vegetable logistics distribution warehouse on December 4th. On December 5, together with other three universities (Qingdao Hotel Management Vocational and Technical College, Guizhou E-commerce Vocational and Technical College, Nanning Vocational and Technical College), we visited the school-China Enterprise sample shop of Chongqing Urban Management Vocational College to discuss the feasibility of building Yonghui campus smart supermarket inside the school. On December 6th, attended the 9th (34th) closing training ceremony of 1933 Retail Elite Project of Yonghui Supermarket, watched the display of enterprise talent training results, focused on understanding the training of 1933 Retail Elite Project of Yonghui supermarket, and the school-enterprise cooperation mode after the cooperation.
Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd. was founded in Fujian Province in 2001 and developed in Chongqing. Its headquarters was moved from Chongqing to Shanghai in November 2019. At present, it is one of the top 500 enterprises in China, a national leading enterprise of circulation and agricultural industrialization, and listed on the main Board of Shanghai (stock code: 601933). Has been awarded National advanced employment enterprise by The State Council. The background of seeking school-enterprise cooperation between Yonghui Supermarket and our school is that Yonghui Supermarket plans to establish more than ten stores in Shanghai province in 2020, and may expand the scale in the future. Therefore, a large number of professionals and reserve cadres in the retail industry are needed.
