First of all, as a candidate must have certain knowledge or skills of the advantages, in addition, in order to make a deep impression on the interviewer, you should start from the following six questions, make full preparation for the interview:

Intelligence problem

This question examines the candidates' surface quality, deep quality and job-hunting motivation by asking their views on a certain issue. Don't focus too much on the outcome in your response; Organize your language well; Demonstrate comprehensive analytical skills.

Willing problem

This problem focuses on observing examinees' omission of several options, identifying examinees' values and job hunting motives from the decision, and then obtaining their performance driving factors.

Background problem

The problem lies in asking about a person's background and information, including self-introduction. In response to this question: first, to answer truthfully, do not lie; 2. I'm right for this job

Pressure problem

This question mainly tests the examinee's ability to work under pressure. Mainly through the interview environment; Interview questions; Create an atmosphere of tension in conjunction with willing questions

Situational problem

This question takes a real problem of the company as a hypothetical situation, asks the examinee how to solve it, and speculates on how to deal with it in the future. In this way, the interviewer can get a visual sense of the candidate's problem-solving ability.

Behavioral problem

This question asks about the candidate's past experience to understand his or her behavior and identify his or her personality. Candidates should be prepared to be dug deep, organize their language, use classic examples, and do not answer the wrong questions.

When asking the opposite question, ask the right questions, such as: How do you get accepted as a key member of the company? How to gain industry recognition and become an expert. Don't bring up trivial questions about salary increases and benefits during the interview.

Summary is a kind of application problem in which people review and analyze their work and study, find out the experience and lessons from it, and draw out the understanding of regularity to guide their future work and practical activities. The content of the summary includes an overview of the situation, achievements and lessons learned, and the direction of future efforts.

In addition, as a candidate, it is also very important to truly analyze yourself and find the corresponding industry according to your strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, we should do the following four things:

● Weigh the dual match thinking in job interviews

● In-depth deconstruction of interview questions perspective job requirements

● Projecting Personal experiences

● Construct the underlying application logic of the interview response

20 Food Safety 1 Shen Mengdan

As a sophomore, I didn't have the experience of job interview and learned little about it. Therefore, everyone is under great psychological pressure in the interview. The biggest feeling from this class is that it is full of dry stuff. It tells me the types of questions the interviewer will ask in the interview and the direction to get answers. In the interview field, we can show our campus experience as much as we like, but it is not enough to have these things on paper, we have these interview skills to help us in the interview process template, really help us to build a brick is our experience. Therefore, I will enrich my experience in daily life, and make more efforts to make contributions to everyone, so as to enrich my life experience.

20 Food Undergraduate 2 Yu Minghao

As a sophomore, my knowledge of the workplace is always strange. After watching this live class, I couldn't help but wonder what a completely unprepared interview would be like. Indeed, I benefited a lot from this live class. The teacher explained the interviewer's psychology from the six features of the interview. Put forward six types of interview questions, analyze the psychological changes of the interviewer when asking questions and the purpose of the question, and give the solution, reflecting the interviewer's highest expectation for the intervieee in the question.

So back to the original question, what does an interview look like when you're not prepared? Different people's interview mentality will lead to different performance of each individual in the interview. An unprepared interview may be successful, but compared with a prepared interview, the latter will obviously make the interviewer more curious about the interviewer and strengthen the interviewer's expectation of their height.

Shisun Sijie, Biopharmaceutical

In my opinion, most of the time, we should not begin to learn about others and ourselves for the sake of an interview. Knowing others is a long process, knowing yourself is a long process, maybe we can finally understand others, but we may never know ourselves. My experience tells me that the effect of quick learning is not good for me, so it is better to slowly understand, think and analyze gradually. In addition, I think in daily life, we should pay attention to some details and some meaningful or impressive little things happening around us. For example, it is hard to say that people's habits of thinking and behavior can be changed in just a few days or a few weeks. However, contact with teachers and classmates often helps us to know ourselves better. If we can tell some small things in the interview that are usually insignificant, but are new and rich in meaning, Often can play a good effect.

I believe that for the learning of this job interview,

Everybody benefited a lot,

It was a great harvest.

Finally,

I wish you all the best in your future career
