On March 27, 2018, the Food College was honored to invite Mr. Zhang Guanya, sales manager of East China Region of a listed foreign enterprise in the food industry, to Classroom 404 of Building 6 of our College to give a special lecture on Basic Sales Knowledge Training. As an elite salesman, Mr. Zhang Guanya started off with a vivid self-introduction, comparing life to a voyage, and learning knowledge is to build a strong sail, so that the teachers and students of the food College can know and remember him with a fresh breath. Afterwards, he invited the students of food College to introduce themselves, so as to exercise their courage. Through self-introduction, they knew each other and narrowed the distance between each other. The whole scene atmosphere was active.
Then, Mr. Zhang Guanya introduced to the students the basic knowledge of sales, such as the definition and classification of sales (the role in the organizational structure of the company), sales behavior (three elements: product, demand and price), sales quality training, etc. based on his practical experience in work. At the same time, he listed specific examples to facilitate the students to understand and combine with their daily life experience. In view of the key knowledge points, quizzes were assigned to the students. Since some of the questions were easy to be confused, the students discussed the questions raised by Mr. Zhang Guanya, deepened their understanding through discussion, and mastered the new knowledge delivered by him.
