Food Nutrition and Testing Program Enrollment in 2020

Major features: This major carries out the 2+2 Cultivation mode program. Students who are willing to study abroad can enter the food and nutrition discipline of relevant universities in Japan, and obtain the corresponding graduation certificate and the qualification certificate of Food and nutrition Specialist issued by the Japanese National Labor Department. With Wangpin (China) Catering Co., LTD., Shanghai Wancheng Food Co., LTD., Shanghai Kangqiao Marriott Hotel and other famous enterprises to establish a good cooperative relationship, to ensure the employment of students.

Training objectives: Cultivate all-round moral, intellectual and physical development, master the basic theories, technologies and skills of food chemistry, food nutrition, nutritional catering, health management, food inspection and so on, and have a strong spirit of innovation and practical ability. Certificate of Professional skills: registered nutrition technician, Chinese cooking division, agricultural products and food inspectors

Employment direction: nutrition catering and nutrition consulting positions in hospitals, schools, nutrition rehabilitation clubs, diet clubs, enterprises and institutions; Food health products research and development assistant, health products marketing planning and other positions; Food and agricultural products physical and chemical inspectors, microbiological inspectors, laboratory technicians, etc. Food enterprise management, food logistics division and other positions.
