1、 Training Name

Training for Professional Leaders in Shanghai Vocational Colleges

2、 Trainees

Director of Civil Engineering, Transportation, and Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, and Fishery (limited to Landscape Architecture and Agriculture) majors at Shanghai Vocational College.

3、 Guiding ideology

In order to strengthen the connotation construction of vocational colleges and improve the level of professional construction, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission held a training course for directors of key construction majors at the municipal level in 2014. In 2015, they held training courses for directors of three major categories: cultural education and art design media, finance and commerce, manufacturing and electronic information. In 2016, they held training courses for directors of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing, light industry and textile, food, medicine, and grain A training course composed of professional leaders from five major categories: public management and services, and culture and art. The purpose of holding a training course is to help professional leaders clarify the guiding ideology, work ideas, and main content of professional construction by studying the spirit of the Third National Vocational Education Conference, grasp the principles, paths, and methods of professional construction, broaden professional perspectives, improve professional diagnosis and analysis ability, professional top-level design ability, professional construction and reform ability, and professional implementation coordination ability.

4、 Training time

There are three weeks in total, with centralized training from October 13 to October 20, 2016, and homework completion from October 21 to November 4, 2016.

5、 Training content

1. Interpretation of important documents such as the Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education (2015-2018) and Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Vocational Education and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Talent Cultivation (Jiao Zhi Cheng [2015] No. 6) issued by the Ministry of Education.

2. Professional construction ideas and approaches: talent training program design, professional benchmarking, integration of industry and education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, etc.

3. Professional diagnosis and improvement.

6、 Training assessment

Students shall complete their homework as required within the specified time, and be evaluated by vocational education experts. Those who pass the evaluation will be awarded a certificate by the Shanghai Vocational and Technical Education Research Association, which will serve as an important reference for professional diagnosis by the Municipal Education Commission in the future.

7、 Training module

1. Theoretical learning. Professional education experts will give special reports on national policies, talent training program design, professional benchmarking, innovation and entrepreneurship, diagnosis and improvement, and other issues.

2. Exchange and discussion. On the basis of typical cases and expert guidance, carry out communication and discussion in groups to improve the ability of professional analysis, professional construction, and professional implementation.

3. Training summary. Under the leadership of the Higher Education Department of the Municipal Education Commission, summarize the opinions of students, summarize training experience, and propose construction requirements.

4. Training results

Based on the principle of applying what is learned, and using the professional construction ideas and methods learned, submit an optimized professional talent training plan, highlighting the integration of industry and education and the reconstruction of the curriculum structure system.

8、 Safeguard measures

1. Organizational management. Under the leadership of the Higher Education Department of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Professional Guidance Committee for Vocational and Technical Education Work of the Shanghai Vocational and Technical Education Association and the Shanghai Vocational and Technical Education Research Association are responsible for organizing and implementing training activities, including the development of training plans, implementation of training work, and evaluation of student assignments.

2. Attendance management. During the off duty training period, the daily attendance rate of students is calculated by the class teacher. Those who are late or leave early for more than 15 minutes will be punished as absent. If students are unable to participate in the training due to certain reasons, they must apply for leave in writing to their respective institution in advance, and the institution shall register with the training organizer before granting leave. Each leave unit is half a day, and the number of leave requests during the entire training period cannot exceed 2. Otherwise, the completion certificate will not be obtained. The homeroom teacher is responsible for keeping attendance records for all training periods.

3. Teaching management. Students should comply with teaching arrangements and not allow any indulgence. The training results will be compiled into a volume and kept for record by the training institution. After the training is completed, the training institution is responsible for soliciting opinions and suggestions from the trainees. Students can provide oral or written improvement suggestions on the training project plan and implementation. Students' performance during the training period will be reported in writing to their respective universities.

4. Fund management. After the budget review by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, a dedicated fund will be used to support this training.

Remarks:

The mentors of this training course are Professor Ju Luyue, former Dean of the School of Bus and Automobile at Shanghai University, Professor Yang Lingen, former Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shanghai University of Technology, and Professor Hu Songen, former Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shanghai Medical College.

(2) Students should submit a professional talent training plan currently in use before October 11th, and send the electronic document to zyfzrpx_zy_2015@163.com Email.

After the training class ends, the trainees shall submit the optimized professional talent training plan and training summary before November 4th.

(4) Accommodation: Shanghai Seaview Harbor Hotel (1588 Haijie Road, Fengxian District). Check in on October 17th and check out on the morning of October 20th (with your luggage). All accommodations are standard rooms, with 2 people per room. Please make sure to bring your ID card with you.

(5) Dining: Breakfast: On the first floor of the hotel; Lunch and dinner: Shanghai Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College Canteen (second floor).
