In 2021, the first One Good Egg food Innovation and Creativity Competition was successfully concluded. Shanghai University of Technology, Shanghai Overseas Chinese Vocational and Technical University, Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College and other schools and enterprises participated in the final 22 projects through the preliminary and semi-final. There were three finalists in our school, namely Cedar Pie, Crispy Egg Bar and Sugar Running Egg.
This competition has one group of first prize Egg Star, two groups of second prize Silver Egg Star, three groups of third prize Bronze Egg Star, and another group of creativity award, appearance award, nutrition award and taste award. Through fierce competition, the project Sugar Running Egg, which was directed by teacher Chen Jianlan and participated by five students Li Yan, Zhuang Ruixue, Yan Xingyu, Shen Yuyang and Gu Wenli, stood out from many entries and won the second prize of Silver Egg Star.
The end of the competition only marks the completion of a stage of the task, and there will be more challenges and opportunities in the future. Talent is talent when love meets persistence. All the teachers and students of Food and Drug College will continue to work hard with love and persistence for the major, never forget the original intention, cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurship skills, and aspire to achieve success and apply what they have learned!
