In order to better study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, at noon on November 4th, the Food and drug Institute held a meeting of all Party members in the 6th building 304, seriously conveyed and learned the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Wu Youzhi, Secretary of the Party Branch directly under the University of Food and Drug.
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC made a comprehensive plan on the guiding ideology, principles and major targets of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the 2035 vision goal in a down-to-earth manner, and put forward high-quality plans, high-quality targets and high-quality requirements. Our country will enter a new stage of development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and the reform has come to a new juncture again.
After the meeting, Wu Youzhi, Secretary of the Party Branch directly under the Institute of Food and Drug, stressed that the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee should be regarded as a major political task at present and in the future, further strengthen the four consciousness, four self-confidence, two maintenance, effectively unify the thought and action to the spirit of the plenary session, strengthen the sense of responsibility. Play well the 13th Five-Year Plan ending war, plan from a high starting point and realize the 14th Five-Year Plan good start, promote the development of teaching quality, to implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern to make new greater contributions.
