Youzhi Wu

Youzhi Wu , a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree and is a professor. He is a Shanghai Morning Scholar and a recipient of the Shanghai Yucai Award. Vice Headmaster of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, Dean of the School of Food and Pharmacy, and Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch. Member of the National Vocational Education and Teaching Guidance Committee for the Food Industry of the Ministry of Education, and member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Medical and Health Majors in Shanghai Vocational Colleges and other social positions

Education and teaching:

Lecture on food market access and certification, food chemistry, food additives, and other courses. Editor in chief of the monograph Food Market Access and Certification, as well as three textbooks: Food Additives, Food Pathogenic Microbial Testing, and Food Routine Microbial Testing. He has guided the students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition for a long time, won two national bronze awards in Challenge Cup, Internet plus and other competitions, more than ten municipal awards in Shanghai, and won the Excellent Instructor in Shanghai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.


Research situation:

Participated in three national level projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program for Food Safety Key Technologies, and led three provincial and ministerial level projects. Published over 30 Chinese core and above journal articles, as well as five invention and utility model patents. The main horizontal projects I have been engaged in include Food Safety Assessment and License Application for Unmanned Catering Food vending Machines and Application of Food Additive Technology and Legal Consulting Services, with a technical service fee of over 1 million yuan.
