Education and teaching:
Lecture on food market access and certification, food chemistry, food additives, and other courses. Editor in chief of the monograph Food Market Access and Certification, as well as three textbooks: Food Additives, Food Pathogenic Microbial Testing, and Food Routine Microbial Testing. He has guided the students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition for a long time, won two national bronze awards in Challenge Cup, Internet plus and other competitions, more than ten municipal awards in Shanghai, and won the Excellent Instructor in Shanghai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
Research situation:
Participated in three national level projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program for Food Safety Key Technologies, and led three provincial and ministerial level projects. The main horizontal projects I have been engaged in include Food Safety Assessment and License Application for Unmanned Catering Food vending Machines and Application of Food Additive Technology and Legal Consulting Services, with a technical service fee of over 1 million yuan.
