Delegates from the University of New England visit Shanghai Zhongqiao University

On the morning of April 24, Ms. Gaomin Su, Regional Business Manager of the International Department of the University of New England, Australia, visited Zhongqiao University.  Liu Shuyun, Vice President of Zhongqiao University met with the Australian guests



Ms. Liu Shuyun and Ms. Gaomin Su introduced the basic situation of two universities and exchanged views on international cooperation in the future. Both parties agreed that the two universities have optimistic prospects in developing the field of joint cultivation, especially in international student exchange program. Universities should continue to strengthen communication and understanding of each other, explore the resources for win-win programs, so that the interaction and cooperation between the two sides will be more effective.


The University of New England is one of the oldest universities in Australia, founded in 1938, and is a public comprehensive university located in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. With a reputation for excellence in education, training and research, it has more than 1,000 faculty members and over 20,000 enrolled students. The University of New England attaches great importance to the use of digital technology in teaching and learning, and currently more than three-quarters of enrolled students complete their studies online.
