The backbone teachers of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University went to Auckland Business School in New Zealand for training

In order to further implement the development strategy of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University of international vision, faculty enhancementindustry education integration, and modern governance, we will comprehensively promote the improvement of teachers. From July 8 to 26, Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University sent backbone teachers to Auckland Business School in New Zealand for teacher training.


A total of 10 key teachers participated in the training course. The participating teachers said that they would cherish the training opportunity and study hard.



AIS Auckland Institute of Studies is one of New Zealand's largest private higher education institutions, with six departments of Business Administration, Business Studies, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Tourism Management and English Language. The school is one of the New Zealand private institutions recommended by the Education Foreign Supervision Information Network and Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education of China, and one of the official partner institutions of the SQA HND project team of Study Abroad Service Center.

The teacher training group of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University was warmly received by Auckland Business School. Shaun and Dora, teaching Directors, David Jordan, Head academic writing of Auckland Business School, introduce the New Zealand Certificate in English Language(NZCEL). NZCEL is divided into 1 to 5 levels. They correspond to different IELTS scores. For each level of the course, students will receive a certificate from the New Zealand Education Agency (NZQA).


Tamendi Pranish, Director of the Teaching Support Center of Auckland Business School, introduced the teaching support work provided to the teachers of the training group from the aspects of developing students' learning ability, supporting systems and academic integrity. In the course of explaining, Prof. Tamendi also gave detailed answers to the common questions about language learning such as the cultivation of students' learning ability.
