Member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Emilio College in the Philippines with a master's degree in nursing services and management.She is currently Associate Dean of the School of Nursing and Health. Participated in and presided over Shanghai Excellent Youth Project, public innovation project, Education reform project, National 1+X Certificate pilot (two), published a number of professional papers, participated in the compilation of professional textbooks Nursing Psychology, Introduction to Nursing, Analysis of newly compiled Geriatric Nursing examination Questions and other books. She has guided students to participate in pension professional social research projects, Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and various skills competitions. She has won Excellent Employee and Three Education Talents Award for many times, and has been selected as Women's Model of Shanghai Education System in 2021.
