The School of Information Engineering successfully held a lecture with the theme of AI+ Big Data to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency in the academic Hall at 13:30 on March 13, inviting Zhou Yang, an outstanding alumnus, to return to campus to share the latest industry trends, development status and practical applications of AI and big data, aiming to inject new impetus into the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students. This lecture is rich in content, which is divided into four main parts: First, it discusses the deep meaning and value of data, then it interprets the core role and importance of data positions in enterprise operations, then it shows the powerful influence of the combination of AI and big data and its practical benefits in enterprises, and finally it shares the strategy of how enterprises can drive business development through data.
Zhou Yang demonstrated the application of AI and big data in actual business through real cases of enterprises, and stressed the importance of data mining and analysis. He also showed students different apps and mathematical models designed to help them learn real-world skills.
To encourage students to develop positive thinking patterns, Zhou recommended the book Lifelong Growth. This lecture not only deepened students' understanding of AI and big data applications, but also provided them with valuable insights for their development in the professional field, further improving their professionalism and broadening their scientific research horizons.
