Learning and training
Under the guidance of the enterprise teacher, the students completed various stages such as enterprise training and course assessment. During the training, the enterprise teacher integrated professional theoretical knowledge into the real project scenario, providing systematic training from platform rules to business processes. The position of this practical project is a customer service position in the Ctrip Tourism Network Vacation Service Department, which provides telephone and online consultation services for Ctrip travelers; Provide customer services such as travel booking, consultation, and modification for guests; Collect customer feedback and suggestions, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Everyone started their formal on-the-job practice in an orderly manner according to the schedule. During their tenure, the students were very enthusiastic and devoted themselves to this practical work with full passion and enthusiasm. It was inevitable that they would encounter difficulties that could not be solved. The students actively sought help from the supervising teacher, who provided enthusiastic answers and helped them successfully complete their daily work.
