Ning Luo, PhD candidate, professor, CPC member. Bachelor of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Master of Automation, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. PhD of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Deputy Secretary-General of UAV Professional Committee of China Educational Technology Association. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in military colleges and universities for more than 30 years, with the rank of senior colonel in professional technology, and has won third class personal merit once. He is a silver Award teacher in military colleges and universities, and a model of elite martial arts in the military Air Force.
He excellently completed the Eagle IV joint training mission of China and Pakistan Air Force, edited and participated in the compilation of 9 textbooks, and published more than 30 papers in foreign journals and core journals such as Chinese Journal of Image and Graphics, Acta Automatica Sinica, Computer Engineering and Application. He has taught many courses such as Programming, Information Security, Introduction to Information Warfare, Data Link System, Application of Single Chip Microcomputer, Wireless Sensor Network Technology and Application of Internet of Things Technology.
