December 4th of this year is the 10th National Constitution Day, and Jinshan District actively carries out the Constitution Awareness Month activity. The Rule of Law Escorts Youth and Helps Growth Together - Jinshan District Rule of Law Enters Campus Activity, sponsored by the Jinshan District Women's Federation, Jinshan District People's Court, and Jinshan District People's Procuratorate, and organized by the Information Engineering College of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, was held on December 1st in the academic hall on the 2nd floor of the school library. Shi Beili, a rights protection cadre of Jinshan District Women's Federation, Shi Chong, Deputy Director of the First Procuratorate Department of the District Procuratorate, and Jiang Yuchao, a judge of the District Court Civil Court, were present, Ge Yiyi, Secretary General of the Women's Association of District Legal Affairs and Lawyer from Shanghai Jinting Law Firm, Tang Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Information Engineering, and more than 500 students participated in this themed learning activity.
The rule of law on campus activities mainly involve situational recitation, legal lectures, and award-winning Q&A to help improve students' awareness of the rule of law, enhance their legal literacy, and contribute to building a harmonious campus and maintaining social stability. The Constitution into Campus Activity is aimed at further enhancing students' awareness of the Constitution and the rule of law, creating a strong atmosphere for learning, respecting, and promoting the Constitution.
The female judges, prosecutors, and lawyers of the Women's Association of District Legal Affairs provide legal advice to female students. If they encounter some legal difficulties in their daily lives, they can seek help here.
Led by the Women's Federation of Jinshan District, recite the scene of Under the Begonia Flower. The content revolves around the stories of Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao, reflecting the reality of Chinese society and the complexity of human nature at that time through the depiction of historical background and the fate of characters. It has certain historical and cultural value. At the same time, the performance was vivid and beautiful, and through sincere emotional recitation, the audience gained a lot of insights.
Invited legal education expert Jiang Yuchao from Jinshan Court to give a legal education lecture on the issue of personality. Officer Jiang combined specific real cases, interpreted the law through case studies, and discussed the importance of personality rights: privacy rights, sexual harassment, personal information protection, life safety protection orders, and PUA. At the same time, it systematically discusses how to correctly protect one's rights when facing property or personal loss. She uses easy to understand language to explain legal knowledge to everyone, helping students better understand legal provisions and cases. Finally, Officer Jiang expressed the hope that everyone will become good citizens who abide by laws and regulations.
