In the volunteer team of the first Shanghai Bay Area Future Flyer Carnival, volunteers took on important tasks. Everyone participated in the preparation and execution of the event, shouldering the mission of providing support and services for the event. They not only witnessed the brilliance of drone performances, but also met many excellent experts and industry leaders.
Before the opening of the event, the volunteers received training from Teacher Zhuang, responsible for safety inspections, photography and videography, receiving leaders, and filming videos. Everyone silently contributed, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the event. Especially during the performance, the safety officers went all out to maintain order on site and ensure the safety of the children. During the activity, volunteers not only completed their own duties, but also actively participated in assisting other positions. They help each other, coordinate and cooperate in their work, demonstrating good teamwork spirit and comprehensive qualities. At the event site, safety officers maintained order and ensured safety. Photography volunteers recorded exciting moments, and the reception volunteers provided thoughtful services to the leaders. Their outstanding performance has been recognized and praised by the guidance teacher and other participants.
On the last day of the event, all volunteers attended a brief meeting at 7:50 in the morning and went straight to their posts. Due to the experience from the previous day, the process and tasks were very clear, and everyone worked in an orderly manner. In the afternoon, it was the time for the model flight performance. The plane was flying in the sky, and colorful smoke filled the air, bringing the audience the ultimate visual enjoyment. After the performance, the volunteers began to dismantle tents, move things, and tidy up the venue, playing an important role in the first Shanghai Bay Area Future Flyer Carnival. They contributed to the success of the event with their enthusiasm and efforts.
The success of this event from its successful holding to its successful conclusion was inseparable from the hard work of each volunteer and the cultivation and encouragement of their mentors.
