Name: Ma Ruisi
Position: Volunteer of Lingbi County Blue Sky Rescue Team
During the summer vacation, I returned to my hometown of Lingbi. In order to improve my overall quality and enrich the summer, I joined the Blue Sky Rescue Team in Lingbi County, where I volunteered and attended many activities with them, providing safety and logistical support for those who participated in the activities.
The Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team of Lingbi County was established in June 2019. Since its establishment, the team has aimed to create a professional, standardized, and international public welfare rescue organization, providing rescue services for water, mountain, natural disasters, and various emergency rescue lectures, benefiting tens of thousands of people. The Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team has become an effective supplement to the government's emergency rescue team, and their selfless dedication has also won widespread praise from all sectors of society.
During the summer practice period, I felt that this was an experiential journey different from family learning, and a learning journey that broadened my life perspective. Firstly, the Blue Sky Rescue Team has made me deeply realize that an excellent team cannot do without everyone's efforts. Whether it is helping to solve trivial matters among residents or facing emergencies such as flood control and disaster relief, everyone can quickly respond and participate in rescue operations with the cooperation of their teammates. I was impressed by their cohesion and execution, and I also felt the strength of this team!
Secondly, through this period of practice, I have realized the importance of social practice. In real life, we always overlook those in need of help, and the Blue Sky Rescue Team exists to save the lives of others and save property losses. We should actively participate in practical activities in our spare time. To understand the value of a person's existence, it is not only reflected in material pursuits, but also in spiritual pursuits. We need to learn from the spirit of our team members and thus assume social responsibility.
Finally, participating in many activities with the Blue Sky Rescue Team during this period has made me more clear about my mission. As a college student, I should shoulder more social responsibilities and contribute my strength to society and the country!
