After research, the school decided to notify the opening of the 2022 summer vacation and the new semester as follows：

1. Summer vacation arrangement

1. Students will have a formal holiday from June 1. In accordance with the spirit of the Work Tips issued by the Municipal Education Commission, the Work Plan for Students Leaving School and Returning Home which has been implemented since May 20 will continue to be implemented before the school receives the new gesture.

2. The teaching staff will have a formal holiday from June 20. Please go through the Application Form for Leaving School for Teaching Staff on WeChat.

3. During the summer vacation, the school arranges middle-level cadres and post-insurance and work-study section personnel to be on duty. All departments and units are requested to arrange shift leave and submit the shift leave plan to the Human Resources Department.

4. According to the deployment of the epidemic prevention leading group of the municipal education system, the school still implements the strict and quasi-closed management gesture, and organizes and implements all the teachers and students in the summer vacation according to the latest epidemic prevention tips.

2. New semester opening arrangement

1. All teaching staff will start work on August 29; The competent departments and units shall organize and coordinate the teaching staff who undertake the work tasks of freshmen registration, military training, teaching arrangement, social practice and campus security.

2. Student arrangement:

Grade 2020 and 2021 junior college students registered and registered on September 3 and 4, and started classes on September 5 (students who are not exempt from centralized classes in Grade 2020 will be subject to the teaching arrangement).

Undergraduate students of 2020 and 2021 registered on September 13 and took classes on September 15.

Grade 2022 higher vocational students registered on September 22, enrolled in education on September 23, and started classes on September 26;

The 2022 undergraduate students (including those who have upgraded from junior college to junior college) will register and register on September 23, enroll in education on September 24, and formally attend classes on September 26;

3. According to the real-time dynamics of epidemic prevention, the school will make timely adjustments to the opening of the new semester, and the relevant adjustments will be notified separately.

3. Campus epidemic prevention management

The school will continue to implement strict closed management, and the entrance and exit of the school will be carried out according to the school's epidemic prevention requirements, and the personal health management will be carried out according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements. In principle, all teachers and students are not allowed to go to the high-risk areas of the epidemic.

1. The logistics department will work with the property management company to ensure the basic supply of daily necessities such as water, electricity and coal in the school, and ensure that the school canteen and other daily facilities are open to the students and teachers staying in the school.

2. All relevant functional departments and secondary colleges should establish and improve various safety plans to ensure the safety of personnel and public and private property during the summer vacation; Take strict precautions against all possible safety accidents, pay special attention to anti-theft, fire prevention, flood prevention and disaster prevention, and prevent the occurrence of accidents. The on-duty personnel should strictly guard their posts, increase their vigilance, and take precautions against unexpected accidents.

3. According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, all middle-level cadres should keep the communication tools unblocked during the summer vacation; In case of going to other provinces or cities or going abroad, the application for approval shall be submitted to the competent leader in advance and filed with the office.
