After receiving the notice of the China Association of Higher Education, we hereby forward to you the notice on the application of the 2022 higher education scientific research planning project launched by our university. The specific requirements for the application are as follows:

1. Topic type

The 2022 higher education scientific research planning project is divided into two categories: the special project 2022 higher education scientific research planning project, with 23 research fields; The branch of 2022 Higher Education Scientific Research Planning Project has set up its own project with 40 research fields.

2. Applicant conditions

1. Applicants for major subjects must have senior professional and technical titles, and applicants for key subjects and general subjects must have intermediate or higher professional titles or doctoral degrees.

2. The applicant for the project can only apply for one project. Those who have undertaken the project of the Institute and have not completed the project can not apply. Under the same conditions, give priority to support the members of the Institute.

3. Project funding

The applicant shall prepare a scientific and reasonable funding budget according to the type of project, and the actual amount of funding shall be subject to the final evaluation results.

4. Project completion time limit and achievement requirements

Generally 2 years. Research results such as research reports, research reports, academic papers or monographs can be submitted at the end of the project according to the requirements of different types of topics. When the research results of the project are published, published or submitted internally, the words 2022 Higher Education Scientific Research Program of the Chinese Association of Higher Education (including the project name and number) shall be marked in a prominent position. The Project Application Form approved for project approval is regarded as the binding contract text, and the applicant shall fulfill the agreed obligations and complete the research task on schedule.

5. Declaration requirements

1. The application work will be completed from the date of issuance of this notice to May 30, 2022. Overdue application will not be accepted.

2. The applicant shall submit 4 paper copies of the Project Application Form (3 anonymous copies, 1 non-anonymous version,), the electronic version of the Project Application Form and the electronic version of the Project Application Information Statistics Form to the Scientific Research Department before 15:30 on May 30, 2022.
