Paper-cut works appear in the theme exhibition

On the afternoon of November 12, the launch ceremony of the 11th Shanghai China Cup Teacher Vocational Skills Competition and the theme exhibition The 145th anniversary of Huang Yanpei's birth, co-sponsored by Shanghai China Vocational Education Association, Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, was held in the Youth Activity Center of Pudong New Area.

 


Gu Tianji, our student from Digital Media Undergraduate of the School of Information Engineering, was invited to participate in this activity. Her red paper-cut work One Hundred, Hundred People was exhibited in this activity.

 


Paper cutting art is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture, with a unique modeling techniques, scissors, carving knife as the main tools, through cutting, painting and other techniques to create, show the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
